Direct offer sending — to carriers via Super Dispatch
Payment configuration — set method and terms during dispatch
Automatic status updates — when the carrier responds to the offer

Unified Carrier Search
Carlink provides a unified carrier search that queries multiple data sources simultaneously, giving brokers the broadest possible view of available carriers.
Search Sources: Carlink Database, Super Dispatch, Central Dispatch
Results are grouped and deduplicated by company, with clear source badges. Search by company name, USDOT number, MC number, email, or phone number.
Real-Time Status Synchronization
Carlink uses Super Dispatch webhook events to keep order status updated in real time. Status changes are reflected in Carlink within seconds. A background synchronization process runs every 10 minutes as an additional safeguard.
Status Mapping:
- Super Dispatch "Pending" = Carlink "Not Signed"
- Super Dispatch "Accepted / Booked" = Carlink "Dispatched"
- Super Dispatch "Picked Up" = Carlink "Picked Up"
- Super Dispatch "Delivered" = Carlink "Delivered"
- Super Dispatch "On Hold" = Carlink "Hold"
- Super Dispatch "Canceled" = Carlink "Dispatch Canceled"

Integration Setup
Prerequisites
- Active Super Dispatch Shipper TMS account
- Carlink CRM account
- Integration configured by Carlink team (no broker setup needed)
Configuration
The integration is configured by the Carlink team on behalf of the broker. The setup process is straightforward:
1. Super Dispatch API credentials are connected on the Carlink server
2. Webhook subscriptions are automatically established on application startup
3. The integration becomes immediately available to all users in the organization
No additional setup is required from the broker or their team. Once the Carlink team enables the connection, all Super Dispatch features are accessible from the order interface.
User Workflow
Once the integration is enabled, brokers interact with Super Dispatch entirely through the Carlink interface:
1. Open any order in Carlink
2. Click "Post to SLB" to publish the order to the Super Dispatch Loadboard
3. Use Dispatch → Super Dispatch to search for a carrier and send an offer
4. Monitor order status — updates appear automatically via real-time webhooks
5. Download documents (dispatch sheet, eBOL) from the order actions menu

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use both Central Dispatch and Super Dispatch for the same order?
You can post to both loadboards simultaneously, but an order can only be dispatched to a carrier through one platform. When a carrier accepts an offer, the order is automatically unposted from both loadboards to prevent double-booking.
How quickly do status changes from Super Dispatch appear in Carlink?
Status changes are delivered via webhooks in real time — typically within seconds. As a backup, a background synchronization process runs every 10 minutes to catch any missed events.
Do brokers need to log into Super Dispatch separately?
No. Once the integration is configured, all Super Dispatch operations happen entirely within the Carlink interface. Brokers do not need separate Super Dispatch login credentials.
